Debbra (Zibble) EdlundOwner and founder of Advanced Therapeutic Massage. A practitioner since May 1995, she is our senior massage therapist with an ever present hunger for knowledge. Debbra has continued education in advanced medical massage modalities. In 2000 she received certification from John F. Barnes in Myofascial Mobilization; 2001 John F. Barnes’ Myofascial Release I & II; 2002 John F. Barnes’ Myofascial Unwinding; 2003 Ben Benjamin’s medical treatment of Neck and Whiplash Pain; 2004-2005 IWA Certified Pilate’s Instructor; 2006 Ben Benjamin’s Common Injuries in Orthopedic Massage; 2007 Advanced Clinical Sports Massage; also in 2007, completed Advanced Leadership Training from Saginaw County Vision “2010 One Thousand Leaders Initiative”; 2008 Kinesio Taping® I & II; 2009 Kinesio Taping® III and Kinesio Taping® Advanced Training in Orthopedics and Pediatrics; and, 2010 Effective Examination & Treatment Techniques for the Foot and Ankle.
At the forefront of Kinesio Taping®, she is the tri-county’s expert, a licensed practitioner and instructor from the KTA of Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Sarah McLeodA personal assistant of Debbra, she is a certified Massage Therapist who joined Advanced Therapeutic Massage in December of 2010 after studying at Baker College for 18 months then completed her education at Flint School of Therapeutic Massage receiving certification in Therapeutic Massage and Advanced Medical Massage. Sarah went on to teach at the Flint School and continues to work on her teaching certification. She is also certified in ear candling, deep tissue massage, neuromuscular reeducation, pacific salt glow and body wraps.
Carrie KrzywosinskiA Licensed Nail Technician since 1988 and former salon owner. She specializes innatural nail care and pedicure services. She offers a full range of nail care services including shellac, acrylic and nail art, hair feathers and tinsel. With the primary concern of pampering and satisfaction at heart, Carrie enjoys giving her clients the ultimate experience in nail care
Traci RapinReturning to Advanced Therapeutic Massage recently after taking time off to raise her two boys. She graduated from the Flint School of Therapeutic Massage in 2007 and specializes in hot stone treatments. She loves the spiritual and healing aspects of massage therapy. She plans to continue learning and growing in this field by working on her craniosacral therapy certification.
Christina Spitz Certified Massage Therapist for 5 years and a graduate of Flint School of Therapeutic Massage. Joined Advanced Therapeutic in January 2009. She is certified in sports massage, hot stone massage, medical massage and prenatal massage. She is also trained in pacific salt glow, ear candling, facials and sunless tanning
Heidi Krenzke Certified Massage Therapist joined Advanced Therapeutic Massage in 2009. She is a 2003 graduate of Flint School of Therapeutic Massage and received her Advanced Studies in Medical Massage certification in 2006. In 2009, she completed “Effective Treatments of Carpal Tunnel” through Cross Country Training and in 2010 completed KT1 & 2 training from the Kinesio Taping Association. She is also trained in pacific salt glow, ear candling, facial massage and sunless tanning. Currently Heidi is enrolled in the Physical Therapy Assistant program at the Doan Center in Mt. Pleasant through Mid-Michigan Community College. Dedicated to the natural healing profession, Heidi also works part-time for Sunrise Physical Therapy along with operating Heidi’s Healing Massage in Sanford, MI since April 2003.
Mary BenhamA Massage Therapist since 2009. Graduated from Baker College of Cadillac. She istrained in medical, swedish, prenatal, facelift, sports, and workplace/event massage. Mary is building a new practice here in Saginaw and is currently accepting new patients.
